Law Enforcement/Military Concealed Carry Class

This is an abbreviated CCL class for active law enforcement, former law enforcement, retired law enforcement, members of the military, and honorably discharged veterans.

Not all law enforcement agencies, primarily corrections, will issue the proper credentials for you to carry under IROCC after you retire. The same goes for officers who have separated due to injuries. This class is designed for you.

The State of Illinois credits 8 of the 16 hours of instruction toward the CCL requirement based on your prior experience, so proof of service is required (credentials, IDs, DD214, etc.).
